1 – GLass Bottles Manufacturer Raw materials

The majority of raw materials used to manufacture glass bottles are sand, soda ash, and limestone.Cullet is added to this mixture. Cullet is broken glass, either scrap from the manufacturing process,or from recycling centers, each ton of glass that is recycled 1300 pounds of sand, 410 pounds of soda ash, and 380 pounds of limestone are saved.This will save cost for manufacturing ,save cost and energy,so customer can get economical price on our products.

3 – Glass bottles /jars Forming

There are two forming methods is applied: press-and-blow or blow-and-blow，takes place in an IS machine,

Press-and-Blow Glass bottles

 The cut gob falls,  presses the gob into a blank mold with the metal plunger, where it expect the mould’s shape and is then termed a parison. Next, the parison is moved into the  final mold,  is blown into the mould to assume its final measurements. This procedure is  ordinarily utilized for wide mouthed glass jar, but can also be used to utilized to produce thin necked glass bottles.

Blow-and-Blow Glass bottles

The cut gob falls, in blow-and-blow formation, the gob is constrained into the blank mould using compressed air to push the gob into place，named a parison, moved into the   final mould where it is blown once more,to frame the inside side of the glass bottles. Glass bottles of varying neck thickness(narrow containers) can be  made utilizing blow-and-blow arrangement.

 4-Annealing in Glass Bottles Manufacturing Process

No matter the process, after the blown glass containers are shaped, they are usually treated with a surface coating ，

when they are still hot, to make the bottles and jars more resistant to scratches, this is named hot-end surface treament,then glass bottle  are carried into Annealing Lehr, where their temperature is brought back up to roughly 815 °C , then  lessened step by step to beneath 480°C. This will take about 2 hours.This reheating and slow cooling eliminates the stress in the containers.Will enhance the solidity of the naturally formed glass containers.Otherswise, the glass would easily break.

5 – Glass bottle Quality inspection

Before inspection,they are usually treated with a cold end  surface coating ,the temperature of glass containers is reduced to about 100°C.Otherswise, the glass would easily scrach.

After leaving the cold treating end of the Annealing Lehr,in order to ensure product quality.We use Led beam techonogy（Led inspection）,Camara inspection machine,and Comprehensive inspection machine to detect faults which are not seen through the naked eye.These include, but are not limited to: sealing surface inspection, dimensional analysis, wall thickness inspection, damage detection,side  base scanning and wall scanning.Any bottles doesn’t meet standard ,then will be automatically rejected ,these rejected bottles will remelted as raw material  to reuse.Automatic inspection will ensure our customers stable quality.

6 – Glass bottle Packing

Glass bottle Packaging methods will be depends on customers requirements.Usually we use below two methods to pack.
